Do you serve my area?

Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. We’re fully insured and licensed on every job, residential and commercial. Hiring an uninsured operator leaves you exposed if your property or a passerby is injured, so we carry proper coverage.
Do you handle both residential and commercial properties?

How much does snow removal cost in Green Bay?

Do you charge extra for big storms or multiple passes?
A single heavy storm can need more than one pass to keep you clear. We spell that out in your quote up front — and seasonal-contract customers get storm coverage built in without surprise charges.
Residential
Do I have to clear my sidewalk in Green Bay?
Yes. Under Green Bay Ordinance 34-14, property owners and renters must clear the full width of the sidewalk within 24 hours after snow stops. If you don’t, the city can clear it and bill you, plus fines up to $500 for repeat violations. Our routes keep you compliant.
How fast will you clear my driveway after a storm?
Seasonal-contract customers are on our automatic route and are usually cleared before the morning commute. Our crews run in the early hours during and after a storm, with return passes on multi-day events.
Do you offer senior or snowbird service?
Yes. We provide reliable clearing for older homeowners and away-from-home owners — many customers set it up for an aging parent, or to keep a home clear and lived-in all winter while they travel.
Will plowing damage my driveway or lawn?
Not with a trained operator. Most damage comes from untrained plowing, not plowing itself. We use rubber or polyurethane cutting edges and plow slightly above the surface so your asphalt, concrete, and lawn edges stay intact.
Is snow removal worth it for seniors?
For most seniors, yes. Shoveling heavy snow sharply raises heart rate and is a known trigger for heart attacks, back injuries, and falls, especially over 55 or with heart conditions. A service removes that risk and keeps you compliant with the sidewalk rule.

Who is liable if someone slips on my business property?
As the property owner or manager, you have a duty to keep the premises reasonably safe, and that duty is often non-delegable. Documented, timely snow and ice service is your best defense, which is why we log every visit.
Do you provide service documentation for liability?
Yes. We log service times, materials, and conditions for every visit, so if a slip-and-fall claim arises you have time-stamped records showing exactly when and how your property was serviced.
Do you handle salting, de-icing, and anti-icing?
Yes. We apply salt and de-icer to lots, walkways, and entrances, and we offer proactive anti-icing (brine before a storm) to stop black ice before it forms — the leading cause of winter slip-and-fall claims.
Do you service medical or zero-tolerance sites?
Yes. Medical facilities, senior living, and high-traffic retail often need zero-tolerance service where entrances and lots stay clear at all times. We build those sites into priority routes with extra monitoring and documentation.
Ice & ice dams
What's the difference between de-icing and anti-icing?
Anti-icing is proactive — liquid brine applied before a storm so ice can’t bond, which is especially effective against black ice. De-icing is reactive, applied after ice forms. The best programs use both, led by anti-icing.
What causes ice dams and why are they dangerous?
Heat escaping into your attic melts roof snow, which refreezes at the cold eaves into a ridge of ice. That dam traps melt water and forces it under your shingles, causing roof leaks, mold, and rotted decking.
How much does ice dam removal cost?
Professional steam ice dam removal typically costs about $650 to $2,400, with most Green Bay jobs around $1,500 depending on roof size, ice volume, and access. Much of the interior damage may be covered by insurance.
Is steam ice dam removal safe for my roof?
Yes. We use low-pressure, high-temperature steam never a hot pressure washer so the ice melts away without harming your shingles or gutters. It’s the industry gold standard for safe removal.
